This spell fits good for Sasory (comparing to Naruto Series & Manga). But what is "far away" or "close range"?

I suppose they are something like 500 > far away > 300 and 100 > close > 0

I can't see this hero as support at all. For example, he don't have abilities that can help a carry in their lanes (early) such as healing or stuns.

"Pull in" effect is when Sasori for example 1000 units away, he casts the spell on an ally unit and he gets dragged towards him on a relatevely quick speed which would allow him to keep up the spell active and run along side with him.

Support doesnt always have to heal his ally, he can always support him
in different ways. Here he can boost up the MS and AS to either help to
gank an enemy, save an ally or to engage into battle himself due to the
nature of a pull in effect. Also Sasori has a third skill which can have a lethal effect on gaining the upper hand not just for Sasori, but for his allies as well because the effect is shared between all of them

It seems that Neilc made a model with sasori NEXT to sandaime puppet. I think it's better not to use sandaime kazekage as a summon.

About 1st skill, it should also be applied on ennemy dealing negative effects.

About 3rd skill, nothing to say Very Happy

About ulti, i don't like the fact of puppets running around a range heroe

(+ dont like the fact of a STR range ^^, better intel)

1. That would be too op i think, and most people would prioritise that spell over others

4. well its a matter of taste rly i guess Smile plus there arent a lot of Str ranged chars in NWU at the moment, plus Sasori does need some HP to enter the battle in order to assist with this spell set (especially with his 1st). I just dont want to make a second op Pein with a ridiculous Str gain without any reason.

There have to be some Str ranged chars in NWU !

3. stacking slow is good enough, no need for damage. Not sure I like it, anyway.
