HERO BALANCE

Shino
- Bug Shield now has a duration of 15 seconds.

Tayuya
- Doki's Heavy Bash changed from stun to pulverize (100 damage in a 250 aoe).
- Dokis's Magic immunity changed to Resistant Skin.

Kimimaro
- Added attack speed to Tessenka no Mai: Hana, stun change back to third blow and damage decreased to old values (15%/25%/35%/45%).

Chouji
- Hyper-size damage decreased from 75/150/225/300 to 100/140/180/220. cooldown change from 15 to 20/18/16/14, mana cost decreased to 80/90/100/110 and stun duration from 2 to 1.75 seconds.
- Baika No Jutsu changed to Cho Harite: Super Slap. Chouji increases the size of his palms and slams them into the earth. Creating a crater, trapping units nearby, 300 AOE. Last for 1/2/3/4 seconds. Deals 75/100/125/150 damage. Cooldown 14 seconds.
- Ultimate Stats gain decreased from 50/75/100 to 30/50/70. When this skill is on Hyper-size and Super Slap deals 10%/20%/30% of strenght as adicional magic damage.

Kankuro
- Karatsu Daggers cooldown increased from 1 second to 3 seconds.
- Karatsu movement speed reduced from 315/330/345/360 to 290/310/330/350.
- Summon Karatsu now has a duration of 60 seconds. cooldown decreased from 50 to 40 seconds and manacost from 100/150/200/250 to 95/130/165/200.

Yugito
- Claw cooldown increased from 5 to 8/7/6/5.
- Pounce cooldown increased from 3 to 6/5/4/3.
- Fire Breath cooldown increased form 6 to 12/10/8/6.

Anko
-Sublime Snake Hands damage decreased from 70/100/130/160 to 70/90/110/130 and AOE from 360 to 300.
-Ultimate damage decreased from 60%/80%/100% missing hp to 50%/60%/70% and tooltip corrected.

Tsunade
- Inteligence and Int grow decreased from 18+2.1 to 17+1.8.

Jiroubou
- Earth Break lenght reduced by 10%.

Maito Gai
- Gouken Mastery chance to critical decreased from 10/18/26/36 to 10/16/22/28

Haku
- Blizzard cooldown increased form 14 to 16 seconds.
- Ultimate damage decreased from 10/20/30 to 7/13/19.


BUGS FIXED:
- Fixed Kimimaru's Cursed Seal movement speed.
- Fixed a bug with Only Middle mode that makes Jounin spawn.
- Fixed a bug with neji kaiten that gives exp.
- Fixed a bug with Jirobo Brute Strenght and Rakanke.
- Fixed a bug with Kakashi's clones Hp.
- Corrected a bug with SD mode and shared units.



OTHER CHANGES
- Rune of Haste duration decreased from 45 to 30 seconds.
- Modes added: No Top (-nt) No Middle (-nm) No Bottom (-nb).
- Auto Combine System Added.
- New Hero added: Juugo.

Before people starts bitching about the terrain, is a special version only for 1 or 2 weeks after will be back to the usual terrain.

the terrain changes look good Smile. And didn't test it but juugo seems to be a good hero well done.
seems to be a funny hero just testet it and 2,3k hp in 15 mins. Laughing

Almi the tp now is like in dota, so yeah kroom change it as far as i know

illi, Anko's ultimate was nerfed and yeah deals the same amount of damage to her target and herself

no offense but people will keep playing 1.2.2 till u raise up the cd to be same as nwu1.2.2 and if u wont it wont be much time till somone take 1.2.2 and make upgrades for it that will make people stop 1.3.x completely (not like that Russian guy(he isn't really good)).
Hoping musk will do it :3

main players arent playing 1.3.x. you dont care about any of fans and because u arent pro at 1.2.2 u make a dota style map.... therefor all i'm saying it's just a matter of time till someone will continue the work on 1.2.2

dude you dont know what your talking about, eol at the 1st moment sucks at dota (and i think he still sucks at dota, he only plays with yurnero), so kroom decided balance the map basing the dota items.

P.S: Eol is good on 1.2.2 the desiciĆ³n was made by kroom and eol was agree with him, theres a lot of people that likes 1.3 versions.

pd i play in east and most players play 1.3.x!

Havent played yet, but i hope will play soon. Anyway goodjob with airing new vers, but that dude is right - none of top nwu clans play 1.3.x atm, dota copypaste doesnt work very good for nwu comunity so i prefer to see a compromise between nwu 1.2.2 and nwu 1.3.x cooldowns - make it easy just if for hero x cooldown 1st skill is 25(for example) in 1.2.2 and is 5 in 1.3.x make it 25+5/2=15. It wouldn't be copypaste and it would be original and people would have choice whether to farm or to gang and still it wont be so spam skills map but cooldowns wont be too long either.

o.o, he have skill that all u need is farm and get imba hp and he have a 100% lifesteal skill, that's a good tanker
