Baki is a jounin from Sunagakure and he's captain of Sand Siblings.
Sand Siblings are Gaara,Kankurou and Temari.

Baki is feared in Sunagakure as one of most powerful jounins in the village.That's because he's highly skilled in wind release.It increases his movement speed by 3/5/7/10% and attack speed by 5/10/15/20%

2nd.Gone in the Wind

Spell Type:Active
Baki is known to be one of the fastest men alive.With this jutsu he dashes to the enemy and when he reaches his enemy he fades away for /// seconds.
Targetting:Everywhere
Mana Cost:60 at all levels.
Cooldown:20/15/10/5 seconds

Invisible for:1/2/3/4 seconds

With his speed he can almost unnoticely come behind enemy's back and he can fade away in the wind.When he reaches his target , he's invisible for 1/2/3/4 seconds.
Note:This is as same as itachi's blink , but lower distance.As soon as he gets in range to do it and when he does it , he's instantly invisible.

3rd.Wind Chakra Blades

Baki infuses his blades with wind chakra and they become stronger.
Spell Type:Active
Gets bonus damage:20/30/40/50
Mana Cost:12 per hit.
Cooldown:4 seconds at all levels.

4th.(Ultimate)Kaze no Yaiba(Blade of the Wind)

Baki creates an invisible blade of wind that slashes single target and stuns it.
Spell Type:Active
Cooldown:120/90/60
Damage:250/400/550
Stun:2/2.5/3 seconds.
Mana Cost:165 at all levels

Blink + Stun + Auto attack is pretty boring and you cannot outrun him because of the bonus move speed + blink skill.

Nope. It is bad because it lacks creativity...seeing how every agility hero you create features a passive that boosts move speed and attack speed. And because a heavy stun + damage ultimate makes him too strong early game.

If he feeds.Yes.And that that my every hero has that passive.It's because it's true.And btw. what would make them carry if that wouldn't ?
It doesn't make him too strong.He is very useful late game if he feeds and with normal feed he is good.He has good escape ability good killing ability bonus dmg and bonus ms.Raikage is my 1st. *stupid* create and i don't intend to do anything about him.Sasuke...well that actually makes him carry.

Do you not see the weakness in your statement?

By level 6 you deal 250 damage with your ultimate, which grants you time to land 3-4 hits. And if you're smart you'll have your bonus damage skill at level 3...meaning you deal at least a bonus 120- 160 damage (excluding your base damage). That is enough to kill most early game heroes...not to mention after using that you can skill blink to keep up with the enemy.

Yeah....Cooldown increased on wind chakra blades...4 sec at all levels.
