Increases the MS in 20% / 25% / 30% /35% and AS in 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% of allies and half of the effect on enemies. The effect lasts for 7 second or if unit gets reachs 800 units of distance.

Effects: Sasori will use the main hability of the 3rd kazekage, the Iron Sand, to summon a crushing web on target area, disabling enemies inside. Upon the activation, the web deals 100/140/180/220 and stuns for 0.5. The web lasts for 3 second and deals 10/15/20/25 DPS to all enemies that touch it.

Effects: Sasori will throw a iron sand pillar to the target area to use it like a barrier. When the pillar lands, it dmgs for 50/60/70 and stun nearby enemies for 0.3 sec and become a physical barrier for 6 seconds.

The ultimate looks to be a weak for an ultimate, but with the low CD and low mana cost, you can spam it to apply your passive and create a barrier to mess the enemie's path.Like fisrt skill can be used to save an ally or take down an enemy.

-Changed Ultimate appareance to fits better in game and with the character.-Increased duration (6 from 4 sec) and AoE of ultimate (100 from 80 aoe stun, 75 from 55 physical barrier)
-Increased stun's duration of ultimate (0.3 from 0.1)
-Increased skill's range (800 from 600)
-Increased duration of silence from buff (0.3 from 0.2)

I think "physical barrier" is like jiro's wall or haku's ice in ult, something you physically cant walk through.

if this is what he means by physical barrier then imo it should last longer on the map since it has such a small aoe.

seems interesting

I don't think passive's silence will be that useful at .2 seconds even if that throws off enemy's combo timing (unless that's not how it works)

for the ult 0.1 stun possibly at two seconds is only about the same as which anko has a pause in her movement from snake passive
because it's target area with only a radius of 80, you'd have to be like a pro marksman to successfully block an enemy every 2 seconds (consider making it target unit)

other than that i think it's unique to have a speed disabler

Looks good but i think make bigger range on that block, That would be nice. otherwise you will be by that hero really close and gotta run by him but most of the heros got some kind of skill eather stun or something else, so that would make the really close chase really hard.

The physical barrier is like haku's mirros, something you just cant walk through.
The idea is just make enemies away or keep them closer when needed, can be used even to trap them in a corner, or position them for a skill.
The silence can prevent skill spam, like kakuzo or prevent channeling spells, like hinata's ult. and with 5 seg duration, the silncece can last up to 1 seg, and you can aplly it again, with dps dmg.
(In a team battle, 0.5 seg lasts forever...)
