Aka: Protector of Bonds
Role: Carry
SubRole: Ganker
Flavor: A prominent subject from the Anbu Root program. Though originally in solitude, he has learned dependency and how to interact with others. This does not hinder his abilities gained from the experience though.

Damage: 51-61
Range: 475 ranged
Armor: 4.2
Movement Speed: 295

Strength: 20 +1.9
Agility: 24 +2.85
Intelligence: 16 +1.55

Note: All Super Beast jutsus end with the ink beasts exploding as ink on impact, they do not have life.

Effects:Sai gets on the bird he had pre-drawn and impacts the target and ricochets off of him back a distance of 250 and deals 100/120/140/160 +5% of the target's current life and slows by 20/30/40/50% for 2 seconds.

I think the tiger one looks better More of a carry/dissabler skill, otherwise the 2 gods idk man, Look at danzo he got baku ulti and almost nobody lvl that skill up till late late game!!!

I would choose the tiger assault as an ultimate but instead of pulling , holding could be the right effect.

Now something that i notice is for an heroe that can get close to the enemy (blink strike) there is no a necessity to add a stun in his skill build, beside you have 2 slows already. Try to think in other effect for his Super Beast Jutsu: Tackling Lions
