*Clones will attack all enemy targets which stand closes to them. If there will be no enemy targets to attack, they will dissapear.

I have to agree with that, is the best one, but i hate the fact that he dont have the biju as ultimate.

Eol will send me a yagura tomoz and i will post him.

To be honest the very first thing i thought before making this suggestion was the Mizukage as a leader of the village. I personaly think bijuu stuff is boring and wouldnt suit him so... technically it would save a fairly good deal of space in the map because if you want a bijuu to spawn upon the skill's activation, you'll have to import another model and i doubt if there is a going to be a low size one so...yeah technically I did use the bijuu concept in this build because Sanbi (or whatever the name of that bijuu is) is capable of creating a mist. This suits the water kage just fine. Its not like you're going to give each of the jinchurikis a bijuudama or whatever, so yeah...

You really dont know Neilc dont you? appart from that tell that to manga when Obito controled all the Jinchuurikis and made them transfrom into de bijus, you will see that they fit and they give us cannon stuff to make skills.
