Well guys i come with another fix from mercinater, this time is Jinpachi. Thinked he has potential as init, so here it is a piece of love and you will need Yondaime Kunai, to increase you initialitiation potential.

Range: 128(melee)
Armor: 2.4

Strength: 24 + 2.5
Agility: 19 + 1.6

Change Log:

Reduce Raging Cyclone mana cost from 110/145/180/215 to 120/145/170/195

Increased Raging Cyclone cooldown from 13 to 14

1) I would put a small casting time

2) mana cost is way too much, he is Str not Int, 215 mana req on last level is way too much

3) why is he getting a boost from his mana? maybe it would be better to replace it with his attack power or something

1. Just a nuke if you fail it, wont do nothing so no there's no need for casting time

2. I dont want him to spam his skills, so thats why i increased the mana cost of one of his best skills

3. Westfield again Initiator/Nuker build with this i possibly mean:

Jiraiya Sandals/Yondaime Kunai/Hakus Overcoat/Sage Scroll/Iron Fan/etc

If i make it dependable on his mana is because i wanto you to increase your mana pool with mana items to keep using your skills or is hard to see that.

For the 2/, low damage even bit long stun doesnt need 215 mana. If you wanna no spamming, put the cd to 15 sec Smile

thats to high for initialitiation, even thoug i will reduce it a bit.
