In The Anime : He is the Only User Of Rotation And 8trigrams 64 Palms ..

This move(8trigrams 64Palms) makes his Enemy Like a Hmm idk what to say ................
Yeah ,, A Powerless Person ,

In the map if you max it , It can make 640 Damage Max ,, (64 x 10=640 XD)

So If you do it ur enemy can still With some Power .

I wanted It to be about 15 damage each hit so ,(15 x 64=960 Maybe xD)

And after its done , The enemy is Stunned For 5 seconds ,

Also Byakugan : It can be a active skill so the with every hit it absorbs mana from enemy , So when you do it with palm , enemy got no mana ,, also it should work like .

lv1: 5 mana Per hit for next 1 hit
lv2: 10 mana per hit for next 2 hits
lv3: 15 mana per hit for next 3 hits
If work with skill : Absorbs 3 per hit for lv 1 , lv 2 6 , lv 3 10 per hit ,

so with palm it makes you True Powerless , and Doesnt add any effect for rotation or whatever so it be a Balanced Skill , and adds 5 Damage per level (base damage ) When you use it .

About Palm : we can make it cool down 120 lv 1 , lv2 90: lv3 60

Done ...
