Activation: Dosu releases a piercing wave of sound to the area around him, reducing the movement speed of enemy units by 25% and their attack damage by 25/30/35% for 4/5/6 seconds. Dosu will gain a shield that can block up to 120/160/200 damage and will gain +25/30/35 health for each unit that emits a ringing sound while the duration is still going, even if the shield has been broken. Lasts 10 seconds. Each unit affected will emit a ringing sound once per second until the effects of the ability is over.

Passive does too much, the first one. The second passive....an attempt at originality seems fail, I would prefer a straight shield spell as opposed to damage reduction. Skill 3 is fine, if the damage reduction and speed were just part of its effect. The ultimate...sigh...combined with the passive reduces damage of MULTIPLE HEROES by 120%.

He's not really a tank...basically a Strength Support hero, that you can ignore for the most part.
