if hes going to be int based you should give him way more spell damage. Atm he can only deal 200 magic damage every 22 seconds. and while he seems like a really powerful ganker a level 6 gank looks like it will cost 390/470 mana. also, that kamui is amazingly OP for a normal skill when you consider late game skirmishes, and the fact that he could make himself invulnerable and teleport out of any situation every 30 seconds. maybe change kamui to something different
