I see everybody that posts suggestions these days likes my format.

You have a lot of work to do on this build, before it becomes okay.

#1. Pick a role; don't suppose what Hidan's role might be, narrow it, then make your build. You cannot make a good build if you think Hidan might be a carry, but at the same time a support hero. Those roles completely clash, mainly because supports generally don't get farm, which carries require, to be effective.
