 [IR] Nidaime Mizukage

PostSubject: [IR] Nidaime Mizukage   Sun Feb 03, 2013 12:46 pm

Change Log::
- added a bonus attack temporary aura to 1st spell, took out the stun
-increase clam duration and cd, added some microcontrol.
-lower AOE, added manaburn, took out damage and stun, added a special debuff for baby sitting
-Replaced the 3rd skill by a new laning + babysitting skill (finished)

Spell Description : Nidaime Mizukage fires a bullet of water which travels fastly in a straight line with 1000 range, dealing 165/185/200/225 dmg to every ennemy in its path.
Thus, he will give to every allies heroes within 700 AOE around him 10/15/20/25% of his own attack damage (not affected by Water balloon technique) as a bonus attack for 5 seconds

Activation: Nidaime Mizukage Summons a Giant clam which lasts for 45 seconds, can't move, can't attack and has 750/1000/1250/1500 HP (spell immuned).

Lvl 1 : Learns [Passive] Mist
As long as the giant clam is alive, ennemies will lose 10% MS and 15/20/25/30% AS while allies will gain the same amount of MS/AS within 750 AOE around clam.

Lvl 2: Learns Mirage, 750 max range, 10 sec cd
Gives 75% evasion for 2 seconds to an ally target

Lvl3: Learns Stealth Mirage, 750 max range, 12 sec cd
Gives invisible for 2 seconds to an ally target (fade time 0.4 sec)

Lvl4: Learns Blink, 400 max range, 5sec cd
can blink to a location within 400 max range.

Duration: 3/4/5 second

Spell Description : Nidaime Mizukage summons a big oil and water clone which runs at max speed at the target point.
The explosion burns 250/325/400 Mana points within 600 AOE without dealing damage.

Thus, ennemies will be silenced for 1/2/3 seconds and they will have a debuff "Dizzy" which last 8 seconds or on the next 3 hero allies attacks.

When having the debuff, Ennemies will take 200/250/300% damage from allies heroes attacks.


NB: Oil clone can't be destroyed and can run through every type of terrain.

And the hero itself has one spell that is useful during the laning phase and that is #1. The other spells aren't good for the laning phase, in a dual or tri lanes set-up.

this aint a babysitter...nor a support...and with that bubble thing is now more of an carry since he now relay on his autoattacks.

also u didnt say that if the water balon thing is stackable....

Non stackable ofc, i edited.
And since when a spell makes a heroe carry if it's active on every attack?
Moreover, it won't help carry at all since it divide Nidaime mizukage's own base attack by 2... 50% attack reduction on this spell if activated: its not what i can call a carry spell..

Lowering the base attack of this heroe for lowering base attack of ennemies heroes + Splash suits for Baby sitter... His objective is not to kill heroes or creeps here...

since buble is toggle...u will get as and map...to spam that...is that easy..its have an attack modifer like destoryer or silencer.

i wasnt really sayd to carry like a true carry...but he can do that...

1st skill nuke

2nd slow

3rd attack modifyer

4th nuke+stun...u nuke the shit out of them disable them...and then auttoattack them to death.

also he wasnt the leader of houzki clan he was just a member

and he is more of a disabler/nuker than a support/babysitter.

1st spell: like i said earlier, i won't make a heroe without at least 1 spell which deal damage.

2nd spell: Slow is only 10%, but it also gives a boost to allies, spells which can saved them with micro control. It's more a ward than a true unit with attacks, MS, AS...

3st spell: disable on auto attacks.

Ultimate: After thinking, took out damage and stun, kept the manaburn, added a debuff on ennemies hitted which allow allies to hit harder on the ennemies who were caught in explosion.


Alias: I put Leader since he has been chosen as mizukage and he's from clan houzuki

1. How about decreasing damage and making that spell create some kind of sub effect as to help out your ally on the lane? The way it is right now is just deal damage

2. You could remove all active effects from the clam and rather attach a bunch of passive effects per level (or a maximum of 1 spell which for example could destroy the clam, but do something to the opposing team or towards the benefit of your ally, think about it)

3. how about transferring your own base damage or whatever to your allies therefore boosting their carry potential?

4. I would have liked this spell if the suggestion was disabler/nuker

1/ Damage stays the same, stun removed, sub effect bonus attack temporary aura for alies added

2/I prefer to have more control on those active spells than just summoning a ward with many auras

3/No, coz it will be too simple and won't have much potential. Better make it with more micro control and more powerful instead permanent passive

4/Are u sure u read the edited ulti? It doesn't deal damage at all xD
